What if my order needs adjusting?

Online Orders?

 

If our measure system is followed correctly then alterations are rarely needed. We do offer an alteration vouchers that reduce the cost of your order by 10% to cover those who require minor tweaks. The voucher code is alt10% and can not be used with other offers. 

In store orders?

 

When you are measured in store we will alter your garments if required until you are completely satisfied. It is in our interest to keep our clients happy and we have built our business on great support and service. 

How long does it take?

Online.

Our orders are made to order and this brings many variables our factories have spikes in productions and also take annual holidays. This impacts delivery times and we remind you that going down the route of made to orders has the upside on quality choice and service but the flip side is something worth truly owning is well worth waiting for, Deliveries therefore can take 4-8 weeks. Once again we can advise prior to order if required.

Instore?

When you contact our chat service we can book and confirm your appointment. A booking fee is required but 100% refundable once we have completed your appointment. Once you have completed your appointment we will give you a delivery estimate usually 4 – 8 weeks depending on the queue of orders.

Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping Methods vary depending on items and location. Patterns and swatches are sent by UK mail. We use a selection of couriers for our made to order items again couriers depending on country and items. The method can be confirmed by contacting our team prior to dispatch if required

How long will it take to get my package?

Once your order is complete we will send your items. In the UK we offer next day delivery. Overseas orders depend on best available services and can be discussed prior to dispatch or order if required.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Online we take major credit cards, paypal or bank transfer. Instore we accept credit cards, bank transfer or cash. Your order will queue on our system until payment is cleared at which point we will immediately process your order(s)

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Buying from us online you use our secure payment systems. In 60 years plus we have not had a single problem with fraud this is due to the fact that payment is made prior to order and dispatched only to card holders addresses.

Our online services have full video instructions that walk you step buy step through the processes. We have online support to help you if required.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes part of the process is to give your address and make a payment so accounts are therefore created. This is to your benefit making future interactions easy.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once your order is placed it can not be cancelled our orders are all exclusively made. Alterations can be done depending on the individuals requirements.

How Do I Track My Order?

Your orders are placed on our system and our team can keep you updated. When we dispatch orders online tracking is available.

How Can I Return a Product?

Our products are made to order and only returnable under agreement with ourselves. If this is the case contact our team and we will walk you through the process.
